On Demand training is proud to be helping young people pathway into the transport and logistics industry. We do this by providing Secondary School students' an opportunity to gain industry relevant NZQA credits (25 credits at L3) and work experience. The Gateway programmes (contracted to us through local Secondary Schools Gateway provision) provide a pathway for people looking to gain the skills for employment or school leavers looking for a career in transport and logistics. We work closely with our Employment division to help support people looking to join this fast-growing industry.
Transport and Logistics is an industry where skilled employees are in demand. The industry has grown 30% over the past year. At On Demand Training we have tailored a package to help secondary school students get a taste of the logistics industry and gain 25 Level 3 NCEA credits at the same time.
Participating in this course can also lead to employment and cadetship opportunities.
