Training Managers
AJ is a passionate educator and has been working in secondary schools for over 12 years, he most recently was a Deputy Principal of a prominent Auckland school and this experience has helped him to set up On Demand Training. The pedagogical knowledge he brings to industry training is a point of difference and means that training is not about ticking boxes but about gaining understanding.
Michelle has worked in the supply chain industry for over 5 years in administration and management roles. Helping people is what drives AJ and Michelle but their philosophy is not about giving people a handout, but rather a hand up. Their vision is that On Demand Training programmes are designed to empower people, they do this by providing them every opportunity to learn and upskill.
National Operations Manager
Russell joined On Demand Logistics in 2017, since then has engaged and worked alongside multiple companies in the transport and logistics industry. He believes in building genuine partnerships with companies we provide our services to. A Key aspect of these partnerships is to have a comprehensive understanding of each client's operation and what their daily resource needs are for them to meet their daily operational and service objectives.
Prior to joining On Demand Logistics, Russell had over 20 years' experience in managing operations in both the manufacturing and service industry. His association with transport and logistics came when he planned and managed multiple waste collection; waste transfer and waste disposal services for 14 years. Having years of experience and understanding of the key logistical and transport factors that influence effective outcomes, Russell can provide our clients sound advice and support.

Administration manager
Having worked for On Demand group for three years, Teresa's diligent approach to administration ensures the business runs smoothly. Teresa's background in hospitality management and customer service has helped her to create effective, efficient processes for her administration team.
Payroll/Admin
Sarah diligently takes care of the payroll and all client queries. She has built a strong network within the On Demand group's clientele and staff. Her friendly and well organised demeanour means she is approachable and supportive.
